Current New Construction Tips and Information:
1. "Move in Ready" pretty much does not exist unless a home comes back on the market after being under contract.
2. Inventory is low so do not snooze
3. Prices move up not down so do not snooze (lowering prices reduces value/equity)
4. Due to material shortages and unknown material price increases, if it is not in MLS can not be sold (this is mainly due to lumber price fluctuating)
6. House needs to be framed before it can be listed
7. Best ways to know when a house may get listed is drive the community in which you want to purchase and look for foundations and stay in contact with onsite agent. Framing should not be too far behind
8. No lot holds or build jobs at this time
