People hear these insurance words all the time and still have no idea what they actually mean. So we made this simple enough to save, reread, and hopefully never need to panic-Google again.

A few of these can seriously affect how a claim plays out, especially things like recorded statements, liability, and underinsured motorist coverage. Kentucky drivers should know this stuff before they ever need it.

Save this for later to save yourself the search 🔎

Nobody plans on getting pulled over. Most people just pick up small habits over time and stop thinking about them until it costs them money, points on their license, or worse.

Drive safe, Kentucky. And maybe keep this around for your group chat’s worst driver. 👀

The legal process shouldn’t feel like people need to study for an exam every time their phone rings.

A good personal injury lawyer explains things in plain language, keeps people in the loop, and makes the process feel manageable instead of overwhelming. Clear communication can completely change how people experience the legal process.

Can you delete social media posts even if you know it’ll hurt an open claim?

🙅🏻‍♀️ It’s not reccomended and here’s why…👇

Destruction of evidence is taken very seriously in any legal case. Things that you think may hurt your case should always be brought up to your attorney immediately for the best plan of action.

What most people don’t realize is that skipping the insurance claim after an accident, because they think their rates are going up anyway, is exactly what makes an injury claim fall apart later on.

There’s suddenly no record, no documentation, and a much harder road ahead because of a decision that felt completely logical in the moment.

The shortcut that seemed like it was protecting your wallet has a way of becoming the biggest obstacle when you actually need help.

👉 Follow us because we cover the things nobody thinks to warn you about until it’s already affecting your case.

If you have an open injury claim, your social media can matter more than you think. 😐

These are 5 things insurance adjusters may pay attention to when reviewing public accounts during a claim, especially when they’re trying to evaluate credibility, activity levels, or inconsistencies.

A quick post, tagged location, gym selfie, or “I’m fine now” comment can sometimes create complications you never intended.

This does NOT mean you should disappear from the internet or panic over every post. It just means you should be careful, intentional, and aware while your case is ongoing.

👉 Save this post so you can come back to it later, and follow for more straightforward information about injury claims, insurance issues, and mistakes people do not realize can affect their case.

If you have an open injury claim, you have to be careful about what is posted on social media right now. ‼️

AI tools are actively scraping social media profiles and feeding everything directly into claim files in real time. It doesn’t matter if your profile is private or if you’re even the one who posted it, because if you’re in it, tagged in it, or mentioned in it, it can still be factored into your claim.

Insurance companies have entire teams whose whole job is to monitor what you post, what your friends post, and anything that shows up around your name online. So even one photo or one caption from someone else can be enough to affect a claim worth thousands of dollars.

👉 If you know someone always sharing everything on social media, please send this to them before it turns into a costly mistake. 💸

So here’s what to always remember:

✅ You don’t have to talk to their insurance company before you talk to an attorney (and you probably shouldn’t)

After an accident, the first question is normally “Are you okay?” and the instinct answer when you walk away with a few scratches is “yes.” But that’s what worries us most.

Because three days later you can’t turn your head, or you wake up with a headache that won’t quit, or your back won’t let you pick up your kid. That’s when the real answer to “Are you okay?” shows up.

So see a doctor as soon as possible, even if you feel completely fine because you want it all documented right away.
