MURDER TRIAL: Florida plastic surgeon accused of killing attorney represents himself in court while potentially facing the death penalty.
Dr. Tomasz Kosowski, 47, allegedly lured Steven Cozzi into a restroom at his own law firm, stuffed his body into a cart, and dumped it in a dumpster near the Everglades.
Investigators said they found Cozzi's DNA in Kosowski's truck and garage, along with a duffel bag containing a Taser, brass knuckles, ski masks, and a vial of a paralytic drug tied to his plastic surgery office.
Cozzi's body was never recovered — prosecutors say it was crushed under 6,000 tons of garbage at a Collier County landfill.
