You can already picture it - chili simmering on the stove after Keeneland 🐎, something pumpkin-flavored baking in the oven, and friends gathered around the island before a Cats game. 💙🏈

Then Tuesday rolls around, Nicholasville Road has tested your last nerve, and suddenly that gorgeous chef’s kitchen is the perfect place to set down the takeout you grabbed on the way home. 😂🥡

A gorgeous kitchen can make you forget a LOT of things. 😍🏡

Like the fact that your new favorite coffee spot is 25 minutes away... Kroger somehow requires a packed lunch... and that “quick trip across town” hits Lexington traffic at exactly the wrong time. 🚗😅

The right house isn't just the one that looks good in the listing photos. It's the one that makes sense for the life you're actually going to live there.

“Finished Basement” is giving... bonus square footage with a few questions attached. 👀🏡😂

Because “finished” can mean a cozy second living room perfect for Saturdays watching the Cats 🏀... or a space where the carpet, ceiling tiles, and wood paneling have been holding strong since Lexington still had a Turfland Mall. 😅

Could it be the perfect game room, home office, or spot to send the kids when everybody needs a little space? Absolutely.

Could “finished” have a very different definition depending on who finished it? Also absolutely. 🔨😂
