This position requires English/Spanish bilingual speaking and writing ability.

Duties
- Welcome and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the firm.
- Provide English/Spanish translation.
- Assist with client intake and drafting of immigration-related forms.

Skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish both speaking and writing.
- Proficient in clerical tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette.
