The October Visa Bulletin is out! Let’s just say it’s pretty underwhelming.

This past Friday, 09/15/2023 the U.S. Department of State issued the Oct 2023 Visa Bulletin (first Visa Bulletin of fiscal year 2024 for the U.S. government).

Unfortunately, no one in the EB-2 category is filing 2023 priority dates.

On the bright side, EB-2 priority dates through 12/31/22 are able to file their I-485s.
