Lately Iโ€™ve been thinking a lot about presence.
How often weโ€™re physically with someone, but mentally checked outโ€ฆ

Glancing at a notification. Planning our reply as the other person talks. Thinking about the next appointment, or whatโ€™s for dinner.

Iโ€™m in a season thatโ€™s reminding me pretty clearly that time with people is finite.
And itโ€™s changing how I think about conversations.

โœจListen longer.
๐ŸŒŸPut the phone down.

People know when they have your attention.
And they definitely know when they donโ€™t.

Thereโ€™s connection in presence.
