Inventory continued to edge upward this week, with both new and active listings increasing. Contingent activity also climbed, showing buyers are still making moves.

At the same time, under-agreement properties and 30-day sales declined, suggesting a slower pace in completed and near-completed transactions. The gap between sales and available supply, however, narrowed significantly this week.
