We’re seeking a legal assistant/receptionist for our small, but busy, law firm who can help us keep the office running smoothly. You’ll work with the attorneys and other assistants to prepare a variety of legal documents, handle office correspondence by answering emails and phone calls, schedule meetings, and manage upcoming deadlines. If you’re an excellent multitasker who is looking to work in an exciting environment, we want to hear from you. Must be detail-oriented and have superb organizational and interpersonal skills.
