Contrary to popular belief, we are still serving all Housing Court Process, and when vetted by the Judge, are still doing evictions during Covid. Many tenants are taking advantage of their landlords and are still working, just not paying. Those tenants that are affected by Covid are protected under the law. Reach out to us if you need a hand.

Another scam for stealing money is back. This scam is focused on grandparents who get a call telling them their grandchild got arrested and needs bail money. The caller tells the victim to wire the money to an address under the guise of bailing their troubled grandchild out of jail. Be sure to ask for the jail the relative is being "held at" and look the number up and call the "official" number to make sure its not a scam to steal unsuspecting family members money. Several people have already fallen victim to this old scam that's coming around again. Always research before you are emotionally pressured into just wiring money out to an unknown source.
