It has been fun to represent Kurt Inderbitzin. He had the vision and energy to move to the Berkshires and purchase The Cornell Inn -https://www.cornellbb.com/ while COVID was at its peak and has transformed it to a 5-star Inn in just 2 years. He and his wife, Indrani, have now taken on The LakeHouse Inn -https://www.lakehouseinnlee.com/ and are sure to do the same there. We are looking forward to having dinner by the lake!

It seems that the LakeHouse Inn will be able to host live music on the shore of Laurel Lake after all.

It’s all in the details! 😍 And we are loving how the exterior brick and siding are coming together at our Pittsfield branch, located at 180 South Street. Things are speeding up and each week there is more and more progress to be seen. We will continue to keep you updated on our new Pittsfield branch, which is scheduled to open this Summer!

I am happy to announce the formation of our new firm, MARTIN LAW OFFICES, PC. I will be practicing with my son, Joe, primarily from our office in Lenox, and I will be maintaining my current office in Pittsfield at the Clocktower. There will be no change in the matters we are currently handling, and we look forward to continuing our professional relationship with all of our existing clients.

We are joined by our paralegals, Kim Flynn, Nicole Dearstyne, Amber Bondini, and Tina Radke. Our Lenox office is located on the second floor of Heller & Robbins’ office at 36 Cliffwood Street. Lori Robbins and her staff have given us a warm welcome.

Our goal is to focus on giving our clients the best possible representation. That means responding to calls and emails promptly, and keeping our clients informed as their matters progress. My focus will remain on commercial and residential real estate along with land use permitting and litigation. I am still taking other litigation matters, especially business disputes and personal injury cases. Joe will be focusing on estate planning, probate and trust administration, residential real estate, and small business transactional work.
