The PA Senate has passed House Bill 1849 (Polinchock, R-Bucks) today. HB1849 would amend the Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act to permanently allow real estate education courses to be conducted via livestream methods.

PAR strongly advocated for this legislation and we thank PA State Rep. Todd Polinchock for all his support on this bill! now heads to the governor for signature into law.
