The excitement is building: Trader Joe's will open this spring in Camp Hill! Eastern PCM has been a part of the project since its early days, offering program and construction management services to the Lower Allen Township Development Authority.

Last year the Lower Allen Township Development Authority announced Trader Joe's is opening at the Lower Allen Commons.

Three cheers for our own Greg Lamay! Greg has been instrumental in the partnership between New Hope Ministries and The Earl Besch Food Pantry in Camp Hill, PA. The Earl Besch Fund has been providing food, shelter, and other social services to families in our community since 2015. We couldn't be prouder of Greg's charitable endeavors!

Project Managers with EPCM are responsible for the proper coordination and ex*****on of all activities on a project, ensuring the quality, cost, schedule, and scope are being maintained in accordance with the terms of the Contract with the Owner and in compliance with all Contract Documents.
