I probably stop at Meiers Meats Fine Foods once a week, and most weeks I’m heading straight for the meat counter.

We BBQ quite a bit, and their meat is my favorite around. I can grab whatever we’re cooking that week, pick up the BBQ supplies I need, and be back on my way without spending an hour in a grocery store.

That’s a big reason I like shopping there. It’s close to me, it’s small, it’s clean, and I rarely have to deal with a big crowd. I know where everything is, and I recognize a lot of the faces when I walk in.

I also appreciate seeing so many local young people working there. The staff is always friendly, and being family-owned gives Meiers a feel that you just don’t get at the bigger stores.

It’s become part of my weekly routine, and if you see me in there, there’s a good chance I’m figuring out what we’re putting on the grill that night.

There are roughly 3 million licensed Realtors in the U.S. & over 18,000 here in the Wasatch Front area. But I am the ONE agent here in the Wasatch Front who uses this specific marketing strategy. The only one. And I think that's pretty valuable to my clients.

It's not cheap.

In fact, I invest more in marketing every month than most agents spend in an entire year. But I want to provide the best to my clients. Not the "cheapest" alternative.

That's why I film listing tour videos that get professionally edited by my marketing company for all my listings.

That's why I get over 80,000 views on those listing tour videos in the first week alone.

That's why I have an active list of over 1,000 potential buyers (and counting).

Providing the very best service to my clients is my priority.
And standing out from the crowd matters.

I'm putting my money on it.
