🏡 Getting pre-approved doesn’t mean you’re done getting approved.

This is something I wish every homebuyer knew before going under contract.

From the time you start the home-buying process until you’re sitting at the closing table, your financial picture matters.

That means I’d think twice before:
🚗 Financing that new truck
💳 Making a big purchase on a credit card
💰 Moving large amounts of money around without talking to your lender

Something that seems completely harmless can create questions for underwriting, or in some situations, affect your ability to qualify for the loan.

My rule for buyers is pretty simple:
Until you have the keys in your hand, ask your lender before making a major financial move.

And if you’re thinking about buying a home but have no idea where to start, that’s okay. You don’t have to figure it out before calling me.
