PARALEGAL NEEDED:

Responsibilities:
- Transcribe and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and memos
- Organize and maintain client files, including electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist attorney with document management, including drafting and editing legal contracts
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Prepare legal documents and cases for court filings
- Assist with scheduling appointments, court dates, and client meetings
- Provide administrative support to attorney, such as answering phones and managing calendars

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using document management systems and legal software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
- Familiarity with family law procedures and terminology is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
