I hit Elite status at ΓEA⅃. 🎉

And while that’s a pretty big milestone for me personally, the part I’m most excited about actually has very little to do with me.

Yes, Elite means I hit some significant production milestones (thanks to our Platinum Group Real Estate Team team). Yes, it comes with a stock award that’s actually more than the cap I pay to the company.

But THIS is the part that matters most to me:

For the next four months, the majority of our team members across the country will have significantly reduced transaction fees to the brokerage — as low as $100 per transaction.

For some of our agents, that will mean saving thousands of dollars.

And THAT feels like a huge win.

One of the things I love most about the way we’ve built our team is that when one of us wins, there are opportunities for that win to benefit everyone.

Next year, we’re going to work together to hit Elite even faster — not so I can check a box or earn an award, but so our agent partners can have access to those savings for even more of the year.

My name may be on the Elite award, but this one belongs to all of us.
