We currently have openings for the following positions:

📞 Client Services Team Members
We’re looking to add to our Client Services team, ideally in our Leesburg office. However, for the right person, we’re open to considering someone who is remote or based out of another WB office.
Our ideal candidate will have previous Client Services experience in a Law-Firm environment, but we’re also interested in candidates with professional call-center, client intake, or similar customer-facing experience. We’re looking for someone who is professional, personable, organized, comfortable on the phone, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

⚖️ Legal Administrative Assistant — Leesburg
We’re also looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Leesburg team.
For this position, we’re looking for someone with prior legal administrative or relevant law firm experience, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
