🏠 3,116 – Homes Sold this month
📉 -1.1% – Less inventory than September 2025
⏳ 2.8 Months – Supply on market

The Bottom Line: Supply ticked up to 2.8 months, giving fall buyers a cleaner shot at finding a home without extreme summer bidding wars. But with total inventory still down year-over-year, seller equity remains in a very strong position! 🏃‍♂️💨

Worley Construction just started a new home in Alexander Creek in Raymore. The foundation’s
in, and the damp-proofing, drain tile, and gravel are done. It’s not the exciting part, but it’s what

Not that long ago, Nathan & Sarah were working on floor plans. Yesterday, we stood on their lot in Shawnee and watched the ground break for their new home with Titan Custom Homes.
