The organization is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, and for defending human and civil rights secured by law, and for promoting government accountability consistent with 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Subject to the foregoing limitations, the purposes for which the Corporation is formed are more specifically described as follows: The organization
shall conduct investigations and public education in the public interest regarding matters related to the tragic events of September 11, 2001 (hereinafter referred to as “9/11”) and the circumstances leading up to and following those events, with a focus on government accountability regarding investigation and prosecution of those responsible for the crimes related to 9/11 (whether those responsible are foreign or domestic individuals, corporations, or government entities). A primary goal of the organization is to help the public, as well as law enforcement agencies and Congress, learn the full truth regarding the events of 9/11 including verification of those components of the official government story regarding these events that are true and exposing those components that are false. One method used by the organization will be the filing of Freedom of Information Act (hereinafter referred to as “FOIA”) requests to obtain information from government agencies that will then be disseminated to the public.
