In a car wreck? Always to maximize your recovery. In 2025 alone, our firm successfully recovered for clients throughout the Commonwealth.

Here is a list of things you can do to assist me in maximizing your recovery prior to hiring me:

1) Get medically evaluated and make a list of all your injuries/diagnoses and medical providers that you have seen since the wreck;

2) Gather and keep all photos and videos. Use your phone to photograph/document your injuries and vehicle damage;

3) Write down everything you remember from the crash while its fresh;

4) Obtain a copy of your Insurance Declaration Page. You need UIM coverage-- if you do not know what that is, send me a DM. Having UIM coverage protects you in the event the at-fault driver is a deadbeat;

5) Work and wage loss. Bring your most recent paystub and/or W9 and keep copies of any work restrictions and a calendar of days/hours missed;

6) Consider tightening privacy settings on your social media-- yes, insurance companies are creeping on your page; and

7) Do not hesitate in hiring . I am your best option. Local, aggressive, experienced.
