This week, Jimmy Akers had the privilege of helping Bud & Michele close on this beautiful Bristol, Virginia property with 18 peaceful acres, rolling green hills, and room for a brand new chapter to unfold.

Bud had been searching for the perfect hunting property, and the moment this one hit the market, it just felt right. Even sweeter, it puts them closer to one of their grandbabies, and if you ask us, there’s nothing more valuable than being close to the people you love most.

Join the Paint Class on June 20th during the Bees and Blooms Festival and enjoy a beautiful community event where creativity blooms for a wonderful cause.

All proceeds will support the Russell County Historical Society along with the preservation and care of the historic Old Russell County Courthouse grounds and buildings where the festival will be held.
