A Just Sold post doesn't tell the story.
Some will see just a house...or just a transaction. I see a home that my clients had to make a decision to sell due to declining health of one to be closer to family. They are truly living their vows for better or for worse.
Some will see just breakfast nook in the lower picture...it is...However, it is also the place where every signature and conversation took place discussing how we were going to list, present and eventually accept an offer. Every signature was in person and not electronic. Every conversation was deliberate and not rushed.
These are real situations and not a box we are selling. We are helping move and transition lives. At conferences we count numbers...some agents will throw out on social media their rankings...I like to think I help families solve a problem or make a life transition easier.
These are delicate moves and I am proud to say I helped guide this family near their family.
