The best new construction opportunities aren’t always the ones you know about.

Our team stays connected to the newest subdivisions, custom builders and opportunities throughout Kansas City. The Sechrest, one of the newest subdivisions within Loch Lloyd, is a perfect example of the communities and homesites we can introduce buyers to.

But our expertise goes beyond knowing where to build. From finding the right homesite and builder to asking the right questions and advocating for you throughout the process, experienced representation matters.

Thinking about building? Call Kathy at 913.239.2069 before you begin, and put our knowledge, connections and experience to work for you from day one.
