Back to what we love doing most!!

Today was a full day of property showings, checking on our investment homes, coordinating with contractors and cleaners, tackling painting and maintenance projects, and getting our short-term rentals ready for guests.

Real estate is so much more than buying and selling—it’s building, improving, managing, and creating great places for people to call home.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to keep adding more to our lives — more work, more responsibilities, more worries — but not always taking time to let things go.

In real estate and short-term rentals, there is always something to do — guests, messages, repairs, and decisions. Life can feel very full.

But I am learning that peace doesn’t always come from doing more. Sometimes it comes from slowing down and simplifying.

• letting go of unnecessary stress
• protecting our peace of mind
• delegating when we can
• and choosing calm over chaos

From my own journey, especially in quiet moments of reflection, I am reminded that life is not only about progress — it is also about balance.

Growing up with Nepali values, I was taught to work hard and stay grounded. I still carry that with me every day. But I also value peace more than ever.
