We take our job of representing our clients and helping families through one of the biggest purchases of their lives seriously. As a locally owned, independent, family owned brokerage we don't take the Big Box approach to real estate. We understand that each one of our client's needs are different so we treat
each transaction individually while using our years of experience in the League City and surrounding markets. While we are not the biggest brokerage in town each one of our associates have the training, experience, tools and team backing to successfully represent our clients needs from start to finish. About Nick and Lisa Boland
Lisa and Nick are long time League City residents and the Owners of Texas Home Shop Realty. The husband-and-wife duo have years of experience helping buyers and sellers in League City, Clear Lake, Galveston, Alvin, Dickinson and the surrounding areas. Specializing in Residential Real Estate, Lisa and Nick have been Top Producing agents and brokers in the area for over 15 years. Over the years the couple have obtained a multitude of designations, the GRI, as well as the SRS and the SFR certification. One of the pair's most coveted accomplishments is being a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider since 2010, being Ramsey approved for over a decade is a true honor. The husband-and-wife team have also successfully mentored and trained some of the area’s top agents with-in their brokerage over the years. Owning both short term rentals and long-term rental homes in Galveston County Nick and Lisa have the experience to help both homeowners and real estate investors. A strong work ethic, combined with professionalism, integrity and a great team is what the Bolands credit to their success. Nick and Lisa enjoy working together and feel the team approach gives their clients and their team members the level of service they deserve. When they aren’t helping buyers and sellers, the couple enjoys spending time with their family, two of their daughters are Clear Creek High School graduates and currently attending college and their youngest daughter is in 8th grade. The Bolands volunteer in various organizations and booster clubs in their community and enjoy boating, cooking (Lisa and Nick are both classically trained in culinary arts), traveling and entertaining friends and family. Lisa is a proud native Texan who grew up in the Houston Metro area. Nick was born and raised in Pennsylvania but got to Texas as fast as he could and has been a Texan since 1999. Both Nick and Lisa graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. The Bolands have been residents of League City since 2001 and attend Clear Creek Community Church.
