We're developing upscale lofts in downtown Le Mars that promise to be truly stunning. Each features a two-car garage exiting to the alley and a beautiful deck. High-quality finishes are standard, with one unit offering the option of three bedrooms or an office. Approximate finish date is January/February.

But the horsepower doesn't stop there. Hit up both Sippin' 712 and Habitué's mobile trailers for refreshment, then make tracks over to Garage 800. From the moment you enter The Garage at 800, you'll encounter a variety of classic cars and trucks, hundreds of vintage signs, outboard boats from the 60s, antique gas pumps, interesting collectibles, along with many replica storefronts from downtown Le Mars. For a $10 entrance fee, you get access to this one-of-a-kind venue, with all proceeds benefiting the Hometown Le Mars Heritage Foundation. Mimosas and breakfast pastries will also be available for purchase.
