With offices in Lawrenceville, Cherry Hill, Florham Park, and Hackensack, New Jersey, Hinkle Prior Fischer & Oberweis P.C. is a law firm with over seventy years of combined experience providing the highest quality counsel and legal services to families of people with disabilities and seniors. We are one of the only firms in the country solely dedicated to the practice of disability law, and have a

lifespan approach to the work we do. We think ‘outside the box’ to find the right solutions for our clients, and have argued many of the precedent-setting cases affecting people with disabilities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We are professionally and personally committed to advocating for the rights of individuals with disabilities, their families and seniors. Many of our partners and associates are themselves sibling or parents of someone with a disability. Our personal connections to disability and disability law, help us recognize that each client comes to us with a unique set of circumstances and needs. We take the time to understand each client’s individualized needs and customize our legal advice, planning and representation to meet those needs. We are committed to educating the community about the rights of children and adults with disabilities, and the benefits and programs available to individuals and their families. Each year, we provide hundreds of community educational seminars to groups and organizations at no cost.
