On March 23, 2020, Gov. Holcomb issued a "Stay-at-Home" Executive Order in response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). This has many Hoosiers concerned about where to turn for assistance with important legal issues. Fortunately, the Indiana Supreme Court has issued Orders allowing the lower courts to take all appropriate steps to ensure the orderly and fair administration of justice during this emergency. Some of these steps include using telephonic or video technology in lieu of in-person appearances; allowing attorneys, self-represented litigants, and witnesses to appear remotely; and restricting courthouse access to certain high-risk persons.

We understand that many urgent legal matters will not wait for this national pandemic. Let us guide you through these uncertain times with safe and effective legal representation. Reach out to us at (513) 295-5127, [email protected]. Or visit mcdaniellaw.net to learn more!
