Great news today!! Our client received a streamline modification offer. New payment will be $1,865.28, saving $334.72 per month on payment. This loan was 93 payments (7.75 years) delinquent. Trial plan begins 3.1.16 thru 5.1.16. Fantastic!

We get good news like this all the time: We want to share this one with you about a client who spent years trying to modify the loan on their and within 4 months with our firm we got this approval:

"This file has been approved for a HAMP trial plan due beginning 2/1/15 to 4/1/15. The rate has been dropped from 10.10% to 4% fixed for the life of the loan. The old payment was $1,321.73, the new payment is $753.62, with a monthly savings of $568.21. This mod is absolutely great!"
