(A bit of a long diatribe, but I would appreciate if you read to the end. ❤️)

I just got back from my first closing in quite a while. (Woot!🎉) I was able to get my buyers under contract in a home under $150,000. If you know anything about the current market, that is no easy task. I was fortunate to have buyers in a good position to purchase.

However, like a lot of other mom's, I have been schooling and raising kids this past 18-ish months, much to the detriment of my business. I am so grateful that I had the privilege of being able to be there for my kids when the world turned upside down, and put my world on hold to help and protect them as we saw fit.

Of course, it's not over but it is getting better! So much so that I was actually able to see the smiling faces of the ladies at Continental Title this afternoon. 😁

All this to say, I am ready to jump back in to the best of my ability. If you or someone you know is looking to buy, sell, invest, etc. in real estate I would love it if you kept my name at the top of the list.❤️

Remember way back in September when I posted that this adorable house was under contract in Topeka? Well, today, that chapter ends! Buyers Kate and Brandon got to close on this sweetie of a house and start to make it their own.

Thanks to Kate and Brandon for your patience through all of the ups and downs this one took. It was a ride, but we got it done!! Drinks are on me in the after times! :)
