“Less grass to cut.”

That’s Mark Pugh’s full review of neighborhood life, one year after trading chicken farming and country living for Old Church Landing. We got a few more words out of him anyway. 😄

The biggest surprise? He figured he’d give up some privacy. Turns out, even with neighbors close by, the privacy is “just fine.”

What he likes most is having people around. Someone next door if you need a cup of sugar, and a place where his family feels safer. The kids? Having a blast.

And his advice for anyone thinking about making the same move:
“Go with the flow.”
