🍾🍾 CONGRATULATIONS 🍾🍾
to my Sellers of 4 years, The Vincent’s, on the final sale in their portfolio of family estate properties!
In 2019, we worked w/ a commercial real estate company to sell a piece of dilapidated family-owned land in Guilford, MD. Unfortunately, that year one of the owners (the patriarch of the family) also passed away. We then began to probation process and together learned volumes in the process.
In 2020, we subdivided a second piece of family land in Columbia, MD into two lots, eventually selling one of the subdivided lots w/ dilapidated structures to an eager investor.
And just this past week, December 2021, we settled on the sale of the second subdivided lots after navigating years of severely low-balled offers.
Many doubted and said it could not be done. But I saw the family's vision and helped them get what they needed from each deal without wavering under the pressure. The race is not given to the swift, but to they that endure until the end.
During our time together we have grown into family. It has been truly a pleasure servicing and getting to know you and your entire family.
Thank you for entrusting me with walking and travailing with your family through this process full of humps & bumps, advising & learning, grief & joy, failures & success! You have been FANTASTIC clients and I look forward to many more opportunities to serve you and your family & friends!
