Jason Bach has long-term experience working with student rights issues, from his days as a student 25 years ago to today as a lawyer. His background in student activism naturally led to attending law school and working as an attorney handling education law issues. Education Rights Group is the culmination of a life-long passion for student rights. Bach and his team strive to protect the rights of

clients for fair and reasonable treatment in public and private institutions ranging from professional schools, including medical schools, to top-tier universities to local district elementary schools. We represent cases in education law for students, parents, and teachers. Our Nevada-based firm represents professional students, graduate students, and undergraduate students at numerous schools around the country, some of which have included Baylor University, Georgetown University, Purdue University, Texas A&M University, and more. Are you a student or parent with an education law issue? Our firm does not represent clients on a contingency basis. Our fees are structured on an hourly basis. Bach is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States, multiple Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal and Federal District Courts, and in Nevada, Texas, and the District of Columbia. He can appear pro hac vice in any federal court in the United States, and he works with a network of local attorneys across the country to represent clients in numerous states.
