With how easy it is to get information now, your past clients aren’t waiting on you. They’re reading something, watching someone, taking advice from whoever shows up first.

That advice is landing whether you’re the one giving it or not.

So call them. Not with a market update nobody asked for. Call them because you’re the one who should be answering the question.

Meet Brandon Roberts, the founder of Signature Real Estate Group.

Twenty eight years in real estate. More than two decades of that as a broker. He took a nine agent startup in Utah and built it into a 300 agent brokerage, then launched Signature in Las Vegas and scaled it past 600 agents across multiple states.

He is the 2024/2025 President of the Nevada REALTORS® and a past President of Las Vegas REALTORS®. At the national level, he serves with the National Association of REALTORS® on broker innovation and ethical leadership.

Ask any agent here and they will bring up his training. More vs. Better. Coachability and the scarcity mindset. Creating a Signature client experience.
