While this is California, Las Vegas will soon have a similar process change to the eviction lockout process with the Constable’s office, moved to be under LV Metro Command Structure and Las Vegas Metro, splitting the civil eviction process and actual court ordered lockouts. A single Constables officer will be doing postings, while 2 uniformed LV Metro Police will be doing all the lockouts.
