🏡📈 Is the real estate pricing peak near or nowhere in sight?
My brother and I bought this property about a month and a half ago and now the renovations are almost complete!
We're trying to decide whether or not we should rent the property out for another year and see where the market takes us or if we should just sell it and take profits now and this hot real estate market!?
When we bought this place the highest comparable sale was $165,000 and now only a month and a half later there's a similar unit in the same condo community that's currently under contract for $180,000!
