That section of the Nevada State Bar is responsible for drafting and recommending proposed revisions to Nevada law dealing with Title 7 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, Business Associations; Securities; Commodities, which includes the chapters of Nevada law dealing with the formation, maintenance and dissolution of corporations, limited-liability companies, and partnerships. Woloson is also a member of the Clark County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Woloson and his staff participate in numerous charitable organizations, including Opportunity Village, Goodie Two Shoes and Martinez Elementary. Woloson is proud of his commitment to the Las Vegas community and encourages his staff to contribute time and resources whenever possible.
