The Supreme Court of Nevada is implementing a new case management system, CTrack Enterprise, beginning June 5, 2026. To facilitate the transition, documents filed through the electronic efiling system will be placed on hold beginning at 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. The system is expected to be operational by Monday, June 8, 2026. At that time, clerk’s office staff will begin processing held documents, as well as new electronically filed documents. The Clerk’s Office will work diligently to process documents as quickly as possible. Litigants who need to file emergency pleadings during the transition period should call (not email) the Clerk’s Office at 775-684-1600 for assistance.
