A federal judge has ruled that USCIS cannot continue certain immigration case holds based solely on an applicant’s country of birth.

The court ordered these policies to be vacated nationwide, potentially impacting delayed green card applications, work permits, naturalization cases, and other immigration benefits.

While this does not mean every pending case will be approved immediately, it is a significant development for many immigrants and families who have been waiting for answers.

In this video, I explain what the ruling says, who may be affected, and what could happen next.

Have you or someone you know experienced unusual delays with a USCIS application? Share your experience in the comments.

🚨Just announced🚨 Some federal restrictions only become visible when people try to renew or use their passport.

This does not automatically mean you are facing an immigration case, but it may still affect international travel and future plans. If you are unsure how this situation applies to you, speaking with qualified legal counsel can help clarify your options.
