Dave Phillips Properties Experience a hassle-free home buying/selling process with ease and peace of mind. Licensed in Nevada and Arizona

As a lifetime resident of Las Vegas, over the past 60 years I've experienced the many changes this great city of ours has gone through. My career in law enforcement, as well as being a business owner for over 40 years, has prepared me for my real estate career. It’s quite simple… Be an expert in your field, work with honesty and integrity, give your clients the respect they deserve, and the rest will fall into place. Buying or selling your home should be a pleasure, not pressure, and that's what I strive to provide all my clients. Always remember… “The Best Investment on Earth Is Earth!”
