✅ Marriage & Family Therapists / Counselors – New endorsement rules take effect October 1, 2025, making it easier to transfer licenses from other states.
✅ Nurses – The Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) continues to expand (now 41 states). More mobility, but more compliance issues too.
✅ All Professionals – Lawmakers are still debating SB 78, which could consolidate licensing boards under the Department of Business & Industry.
