Nobody wants to retell the worst day of their life to a fourth person. 🤝

But that’s what happens when a case gets passed around an office. The attorney who sits down with you at the beginning here is the same one sitting next to you at the end. They know your case because they’ve had it the whole time.

Come talk to us and see how that feels.

One good day at the pool. That’s all they need. 😩

Insurance companies pull social media on injury claims, and they’re not looking for context. This is why we have the talk with every client early.

What else have you been unsure about in injury claims? 👇

Here’s what an adjuster is supposed to do on your workers’ comp claim. 👀

Keep a real file. Get the injury report from your employer. Check whether light duty exists. Approve your medication, your visits, your procedures, your follow up. Set money aside for your claim. That’s the job.

If your experience has looked nothing like that, you’re not imagining it.

They meant the decor. We’re choosing to hear it differently. 😌

Turns out we read case files a lot better than we read compliments. Nobody in this office has been humble since.

Tag the coworker who’d take that personally.

Every summer, the crews keeping this valley looking good are the ones out in the worst of it. 🌡️

Triple digits, full sun, up in the palms. The heat alone is dangerous. Add height and it gets worse fast.

If you work outside in Vegas, what gets you through the day? 👇

09/25/2026

The correct answer is always yes. 😂

Not like that, obviously. Around here we do our fighting with evidence, paperwork, and 25 plus years of practice. But the offer still means a lot.

Tag the coworker who’d fight for you.

Hit and run cases are harder than most people expect. 👀

When the other driver takes off and nobody can identify them, Nevada generally requires actual contact between the two vehicles. Something falls off a truck and you swerve? Courts have said that isn’t contact. A car spills oil and you slide through it? Same answer.

Write down every detail right away. It matters more than you’d think.

09/23/2026

Some days you have to strike first. 😂

It was scrap paper, we promise. Client paperwork is the one thing nobody in this office messes with.

Tag your work nemesis.

Five miles an hour sounds like nothing. 👀

It isn’t. Researchers have staged these low speed rear end crashes with volunteers, and people still get out holding their necks. A minor looking impact and a minor injury are not the same thing. Get checked out anyway.

Ever been rear ended and felt it a day later? 👇

09/21/2026

Valid question. 😂

Our front desk hears about everybody’s case all day long and nobody ever asks about hers. That’s the perk of a small office though. You get an actual human on the phone who knows your name and your file.

Tag your favorite receptionist.
