We are seeking motivated individuals familiar with immigration law practices, including:
• Removal/Deportation Defense
• Family-Based Petitions & Applications
• Immigration Case Preparation and Filing
đź“Ś Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide support to attorneys in the preparation and filing of petitions and applications with federal government agencies
• Organize and maintain client files from case inception through completion
• Interact with government agencies, court officials, and clients
• Maintain attorney calendars and monitor case deadlines
• Assist with litigation support and trial preparation, including exhibits, motions, mediation, depositions, and trial materials
