🌴 Palm Springs is DEFINITELY a different experience!

Yesterday, I went from ground level to 8,500 feet above sea level on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, and what an experience it was!

Watching the landscape change as we slowly rotated higher and higher gave me a whole new perspective. The desert below, the mountains surrounding us, and that incredible view from above were absolutely unforgettable.

And I'll be honest... I was a little afraid. 😂

But sometimes you have to do something afraid.

You don't always know what's waiting for you on the other side of fear until you're willing to take that first step, or, in this case, ride 8,500 feet up!

✨ A new experience. A new perspective. A beautiful reminder to keep stepping outside my comfort zone.

🌴 Even REALTORS® Need a Vacation! ☀️

I'm taking a little time to recharge and enjoy some well-deserved R&R.

Because as much as I love real estate, even REALTORS® need to occasionally stop talking about square footage, inspections, contracts, and closing dates! 😂

A little time away helps us slow down, reset, and come back refreshed and ready to serve our clients even better.

And don't worry... 🏡

I'll still notice a beautiful house when I see one! 😉😂

One of the first things I tell my buyers is:

Price isn’t always the price.

A home listed at $300,000 doesn't mean your total homeownership costs will stop there. Be sure to consider homeowners insurance, flood insurance, property taxes, maintenance, HOA fees, utilities, closing costs, and other expenses.

The goal isn't simply to find a home you love. ❤️

It's to find a home you can comfortably afford after you get the keys. 🔑

And honestly? I'm still working on that last one! 😆
