My office building at 1100 W. SAGINAW ST. was tagged by the City of Lansing on December 9, 2025 as hazardous and unsafe to occupy.

Be advised that I will NOT be relocating inside Casa de Rosado on E. Mt. Hope. I will share my new office address soon. Thank you.

The federal lawsuit accuses those jurisdictions of "making it more difficult for, and deliberately impeding, federal immigration officers' ability to carry out their responsibilities."

For immigrants without lawful status in the United States and are in fear or at risk of deportation/removal, please carry with you at all times a copy of all available and/or applicable documents:

government-issued identification (examples: passport, nationality ID card, birth certificate);
Notice to Appear;
immigration court hearing notice;
Immigration Judge ORDER (granting relief: asylum, case dismissal)
Department of Homeland Security parole and other entry documents;
CBP I-94;
Form I-797 C, Receipt Notice for application(s) filed with the USCIS;
Form I-797 C, Approval Notice for application(s) filed with the USCIS;
Employment Authorization Card;
proof of marriage to a US citizen (marriage certificate); and
birth certificate(s) of US children
If you are arrested by ICE, please present the documents above to ICE as soon as possible.

Additionally, copy and scan the documents above and e-mail them to yourself and trusted family/friends.

Furthermore, do not be involved in criminal activity. Stay away from individuals who may put you and your family at risk. Do not drink and drive.

Remain hopeful and strong because AMERICA is GREATER with YOU in it.
