BUSINESS UPDATE:
I've been asked a few times lately, so I wanted to take a minute to share my current thoughts on Real Estate. As Most of you know, rates have gone up along with the cost of everything else. The Estate inventory over the last few years has been very low with owners who are locked into low rates not wanting to lose those rates by purchasing a new home. A 300k loan in [email protected]% would cost you roughly $1350 monthly (principal and interest only) whereas the same 300k loan today @7.5% will cost you $2098. Not only are folks not wanting to sell and purchase with a higher rate, but buying power has greatly been reduced due to the increase in monthly payment amount.
From what I'm seeing, the majority of those buying or selling are the ones that need to for one reason or another. Job relocation, growing family, etc. I grew up in an environment where you don't trust anyone selling anything based on the premise that the salesman only cares about what benefits themselves. I have made it a point of mine to not spam my friends and family with emails, texts and FB posts about Real Estate for this reason. I cannot in good conscience sit here and tell you how it's the best time to buy, blah blah blah. Which is exactly why you'll rarely see me posting that type of content.
I am still in the business and not planning on going anywhere! I treat my clients in the same manner that I treat my family when handling their transactions because I want all of my clients to walk away truly knowing and believing that I had their best interest at heart and did everything within my powers to get them in a position for continued future success. In closing, I'm always going to be here ready to jump at a moment's notice. I'm more than happy to sit down with you and discuss all of your options and figure out the best possible strategy for your future. I have numerous clients that I know I won't be buying or selling for years to come, don't let that discourage you from reaching out thinking I want fast money. I'm here for all things Real Estate, today, tomorrow and beyond.
