Significant Five-Figure Settlement for Client With Neck and Lower Back Injuries

$2 MILLION SETTLEMENT SECURED

Bidlingmaier Law is proud to announce the successful resolution of a significant civil rights and wrongful death case involving the death of Joseph Ahr, Sr., by Cliff Bidlingmaier.

Mr. Ahr had only one functioning lung when he was pepper sprayed during an encounter with Trenton police. He was hospitalized and tragically died 18 days later.

After years of litigation and fighting for accountability on behalf of the Ahr family, the matter has now been resolved for $2,050,000.

Cliff Bidlingmaier, Esquire, represented the Ahr family and worked to secure this resolution.

While no monetary recovery can replace a loved one, we are honored to have represented the Ahr family and to have fought for accountability and justice on their behalf.
