This is a must-read investigative report on a mother in Oregon who lost custody of her daughter and has had zero contact for nearly two years simply because she refused to call her daughter a boy or affirm her male gender identity.
The Biden Administration’s policies played a direct role. They pushed the view that a parent’s refusal to affirm a child’s transgender identity (pronouns, social transition, etc.) was harmful rejection that could increase su***de risk. Federal guidance tied funding and “safe” placements to “gender-affirming” homes, pressuring states and CPS agencies to treat biological reality as emotional abuse.
Flip the script: A parent’s insistence on biological s*x is evidence of health and safety, not harm. Treating non-affirmation as abuse is the real inversion of reality. Instead of forcing affirmation, the evidence-based approach is counseling, exploratory therapy to address underlying issues like trauma, anxiety, depression, and comorbidities that often contribute to gender dysphoria.
