Ferguson Law Firm obtained a summary judgment ruling in favor of our oil and gas operator client today in a multi-party deed construction case concerning the meaning of a reservation in a 1926 deed covering 39,000+ acres in Winkler County.

Biggest takeaway: words matter- even 100 years after they are written. Choose them wisely.
